If your really interested it doesn't take any special.complicated instrument to measure propane pressure.
A simple home made manometer will work. And it's 11" WC (water column) which is just a tad bit more
than .4 psi
3/8" tubing on a flat board with a center starting point (zero) with 1/2" markings above/below zero 8" each scale.
Fill tubing with colored water up to zero mark.
Attach long end of tubing to gas port, hold board straight up and turn on gas slowly. (should have at least 50% of other propane appliances in service-furnace/water heater)
11" would be 5 1/2" on each scale....gas pressure will push water up on one side and down on other side from zero.

Your problem is not propane pressure.....two back burners are functioning/burning correctly. Low (or high) propane pressure would affect them all not just one.
Clean up that front burner.
