For situations like finding diesel fuel stops along the OR/CA coast I opened an account with Pioneer Fuel which gives me access to all Pacific Pride fueling locations across the US. There is no annual minimum purchase requirement as there is with a regular Pacific Pride account.
I set it up on their ACH payment plan as I have a separate checking account that I keep minimum funds in to avoid any bank charges.
We were in OR two years ago during the summer. All of the service stations were backed up with those waiting to fuel. We pulled into a Pacific Pride, fueled immediately and were on our way.
Prices are not posted on the pumps, but you can call Pioneer and they will give you that information. I have found they are usually about .03¢ to .05¢ higher, but at 60 gallons that's a high of about $3.00, which I'll gladly accept for the time and convenience.
