Isn't OMC on Airport Road in Eugene? I live in the San Francisco Bay Area but have taken my coach to OMC three times on the past few years for updates and service. They installed a residential refrigerator, resolved a slide problem that the Monaco factory couldn't when they were in business, upgraded the front air, replaced a damaged awning, removed the propane and installed an induction range, did an annual service and various other repairs and mods. Always very professional, friendly folks, with the work completed on time and with the cost in line with what you would expect from a first class shop. I feel comfortable taking the coach there and will return when the coach needs service in the future.
