Sales taxes and RV registration fees are the motivator to look at ownership in Oregon. Considering upgrading my 11 year old rig, and don't want to get killed by Colorado taxes again.
Thanks to all for your feedback. Crown Villa looks very nice, but does not allow ownership. Was hoping for a Pacific Shores quality RV park inland.
