Paul, there are a lot of these RV condo places that let you put various types of structures on the property too. I've even seen some where you can put a small swimming pool in. I would never go that far. I saw a place (I think it was in Florida, that was an RV community. The lots had structures and half the structure was an RV carport and the other half was an enclosed room. I don't recall if there was a bathroom in the structure or not. But basically you could have a big living room and then the RV would serve as the bedroom and kitchen and bath. Something like that would be a nice home base for a full timer.
