It looks in good shape. With 56,726 miles in 11 years it was not used all that much I suspect and certainly would not have a lot of wear and tear.
The Black and Decker drip coffee maker is original. We had the same as well as one at home that worked for several years of intensive daily use. I would think it should be OK.
The built-in TV is original and was actually an analog LCD display computer monitor. From the photos they installed a digital converter box so you can now get digital channels with it.
The original tires would still have decent tread if they had Michelins like my 2005 Pleasure-way had. Regardless, they should have been replaced by now, and if not, you should do so.
They were putting one auxiliary battery in located under the passenger seat. That was a Mercedes Benz standard at the time. A group 49 battery fits that spot without needing to do anything. It is best to put an AGM in that spot now because if a wet cell you would have to learn to remove the seat to check the cells, add water, etc.
The other thing you need to check is the converter. It probably had a Progressive Dynamics PD 9145 converter which does not have intelligent charging. It is probably located under the driver side bed. There is a Progressive Dynamics Charge Wizard pendant that easily plugs into it so you have multi-stage charging and overcharge prevention. As original as it looks and the mileage this might be something never upgraded. It's about a $34 item and a must in my opinion.
