That's the wrench to unscrew the rear wheel hub covers. Without it, the tire changers are going to make a big mess with large water pumps. Each side rotates the opposite direction and the wrench should show you which direction for which side.
I appreciate you answer but unfortunately I cannot visualize how it works. Mine is plastic and wasn't needed to change the tires. My hub covers (Spartan) are held on by friction grips and just pull off.
Check this picture at
eBay. Most Freightliner rear wheels have a huge hex cap screw that holds the hub cover on and this wrench makes it much easier to unscrew it.
