Oven won't stay lit

Last time out went to use the oven. After lighting pilot and setting the temp the flame went out. Re lit it again and would not stay on. What goes bad with the oven to cause this and is it easy to replace?
Thanks for help.

    This^^

I've actually repaired those. They are cheap. Sometimes in ovens they can get gunk built up on them and just need to be cleaned off.
  • Make sure the thermocouple didn't get bent out of the way of the pilot flame.
  • Most likely the part the pilot flame heats to let the unit know there is flame to light a larger gas flow. Try cleaning it with a scrubber or some steel wool to see if that helps.

On the other hand, there might be not enough flow to the pilot perhaps. There are U-tube articles about adjusting the flow and cleaning the thermocouple.
