You may have read my long-winded reply in the past over this subject matter. If so, then you already know my opinion. Given your list of candidates, I would place the seamless fiberglass front overhang as your highest priority and let the other deficiencies fall behind it. Nothing is worse than water damage..."PERIOD"....and a seamless frontal area addresses the worst of such a threat.
