I drove highway 1 from Sothern Cal to Santa Cruz by car in 2006, and I thought my arms were going to fall off. I would not want to do it in a MH. I have driven the Oregon Coast highway in 2008 in a car and loved it. Taking the MH back down the Oregon Coast highway this next summer. The aquarium in Newport is, IMO, better then Sea World. Newport does not have the preforming whales, but the aquarium is way better. The Tillamook Air Museum is also a required stop. On the way over I plan on seeing Howard Hughes's Spruce Goose.
