My garage in California has the same grey w/black specs as Scott's (FireUp). It was done in 1999 and the top urethane is starting to yellow. Not peeling, etc, just yellowing a little. It has been a great surface to repel anything that gets on it.
I wish I had a motorhome garage at home, it's just for cars.
