Yes, you can. Several years ago I towed a Jeep on a trailer out west. I decided to drive the Jeep from Denver to Utah and chose the airport as my staging area. I left the pickup and trailer, connected, at one of the Large Vehicle "long term" parking lots. Left it there for over a week. No problems. Got back to Denver (DIA) Airport, drove to my truck/trailer, loaded the Jeep back onto trailer in the parking lot and drove the combo back home. Paid my parking fee and all was good.
