Parking restriction in unincorporated area of LA county

I called Los Angeles country planner today just to ask them if there are any RV parking restrictions in my area (an unincorporated area of Los Angeles county). I was surprised to learn that we are not...

Pasadena has long had a law restricting overnight parking on the street. Perhaps the other cars had permits from the city? Residents can get permits, depending upon their off street parking limitations.
