Parking restriction in unincorporated area of LA county

I called Los Angeles country planner today just to ask them if there are any RV parking restrictions in my area (an unincorporated area of Los Angeles county). I was surprised to learn that we are not...

Bunch of jerks where I live in Oakland. Also, got a couple of BS tickets, I sent proof for a review also and got stuck paying for the tickets, since that time (2009), I have no longer donated anything to the City for any cause, and have no plans to ever do so. I probably used to donate at least $500 a year. Their loss for ticking me off.
