My bad. When I saw a 4 cylinder Dolphin my mind completely disregarded 1989 and inserted 1979 because I really thought those things had gone away by the late 80s. In the grand scheme of things it really doesn't matter, since even at 26 years of age stuff is going to be outdated and aging out.
