I would buy two of these ......20' Camping World misters and put one on your awning and the other on your roof between the air conditioners. It will cool your roof and the air around it making your ACs work better and have to cool less inside the MH. Two of these will use just over 1 gallon/hour if you are paying for water too.
For less money you could buy two of these .....pool misters for the roof and put them on a simple sprinkler timer as each uses over 10 g/h. You could also just buy the Tornado misting head and make your own for a lot less if you are handy.
