The solids don't need any breakdown time.
The piping is of sufficient diameter to carry everything.
As wildtoad said use plenty of water when flushing the tanks and keep water in the black tank.
A more pressing problem is the build-up or "pyramid" of solids below the toilet that can happen if not enough water (and too much paper) is in the tank.
We have a black tank flusher on our rig which I try and use whenever possible when dumping.
As soon as we dump the black tank we add 3 or 4 gallons of water to the tank. Our black tank is only completely empty for a few minutes.
