I think if I had a new RV, a new Tank or new Sensors... PLUS the ability to impose toilet discipline, I'd go for the Marine Head Rule: Don't put ANYTHING down there that you haven't Eaten First. I believe (but can't prove) that naturally occurring material won't foul sensors and give false readings. A little Paper Products Receptacle right at fingertips, with plastic or waxed paper liners, could reduce future problems. Including paper packed into the toilet flush blade or dump tank blade recesses. My cousin bought a new RV and mentioned "toilet hasn't had any paper put down it."
