Perhaps the owner meant pets are not allowed outside of the campSITE, in which case I can't take them to the designated walking area because it is outside of the campSITE. :B
Sorta seems like this owner doesn't really know what he wants and it is better to avoid his campground than to even try to interpret what he means. :R
It makes a lot more sense when you realize that the campground is but one part of Jetty Park. Pets are not allowed on the beach, the fishing pier, or the other non-campground areas.
