I was at the Nexus Factory just about 2 weeks ago and at the Phoenix Factory last year ----and quite frankly I think they're pretty close to the same as far as build .
The thing I saw... now the Nexus is all steel framing- ok all steel framing that is going to be heavier but its solid as a rock .
but by the time you get all your options , things like that -you're going to be up at the price from the Phoenix .
so I really think they are pretty even to be perfectly honest.
Having toured both Factory and talking to the designers the engineering staff.
I would personally say at this point if I was doing it I would go with the floor plan and general layout that suited me best..
There is my free two cents worth--- for what it's worth.
