Phoenix USA does manufacture rigs without orders throughout the year but most built during their slowest time of year. Then they'll take some of their inventory to RV shows around the country in the early months of the year. Some great deals are had buying "show" rigs. You can check their new and used inventory HERE. It is interesting to observe that people will buy a Phoenix Cruiser, then a few years later, trade it in for a different model. They love the rig & brand, just changing floorplans....hence the factory has used PC inventory along with other brands.
The company sells factory direct, but does work with a couple independant dealers around the country. At least they did last year. It does seem to change from year to year as is common with independant dealerships. Today they sell Coachman, tomorrow they sell Winnebago. You get the idea.
