Actually not the end of the story on an appeal to the decision, AVIDA.won the right to use Winnebago as long it said it was NOT the US Winnebago.
So you get this Maker of Australian Winnebagos
Which makes the "Australian Winnebago's" made by Talvor in a odd position, because they cannot say they are Australian Winnebago's, although they have nothing to do with
US models but are affiliated with US Winnebago!
Now as a result of the court decision companies not associated with Winnebago US can import US Winnebago's:?

No the imposter came first, US Winnebago has never been in Australia, just like Jayco.
They are getting Apollo Rentals that owns Talvor to produce "Winnebago's " Apollo has a substantial Motorhome rental business in the US. To totally confuse you I could bring in Jayco, but that would be too hard to fathom
