Kidoo: Canadians cannot get the Penfed card. Even though the Loyalty discount is not that much you also get the cash price when using a credit card. Penfed's program will probably not last for much longer. There is no free lunch and that 20 cent saving has to come from somewhere. Many merchants are complaining to CC companies that they do not like accepting "bonus CC's as the merchant has to pay a larger fee.
