Pittsburgh to Myrtle

In Myrtle Beach, our favorite campground is Ocean Lakes.... we have stayed there for 1 - 2 weeks at a time, for over 6 years.....
Things to do: An amazing list:
1) Brookgreen Gardens
2) Huntington Beach State Park (which also has a campground)
3) Broadway at the Beach - Ripley's Aquarium, etc.
4) The boardwalk
5) Murrells Inlet & Marshwalk
6) Golf & miniature golf, everywhere
7) Many entertainment venues: The Palace Theatre, The Alabama Theatre, Legends, Dolly Parton's Pirate Adventure, Planet Hollywood, etc.
8) And so much more.........

I'd take a day mid week and head south on US17 to Charleston.

I have been to Myrtle many times and I always say that "this year, I am going to drive down to Patriots Point". I have never made it but I hear its worth the trip. Maybe I will make it this year!!!
