I believe each tire should carry the same weight. For example if your MH weights 18,000 lbs each tire should carry 3000 lbs of that weight. It is easy to suggest a bunch of addons which may help some, but I would weigh it first and see how close you are to equal weight on each tire. Also what is your wheel base compared to your length? You have already spent a lot of money on improvements, checking weights is free. It's possible that your sway bar bushings are worn out or some thing else but I would think that your alignment shop would have found those things. If you post the weights,front end readouts,castor etc, someone familiar with the Ford chassis will help.
