I had the same problem. I took the trim off and removed the door. That was the simple part. There was no way my arm would fit in the same space. DW is small and she could reach the screws. She removed one of the remaining screws so I could see what size they were. I used some screws that were a little bigger and she put them back in. It took a little while, she would put one in then take a break and put in another. Like the above poster said, a long extension would also work. You just have to keep working and not give up. You will also need a long magnet to pick up the screws you drop until you get them started. We have not had any more problems.
