I also used the Brentwood Coatings Safe T Plex product, on my 5th wheel trailer. I installed it in March, 2015. I had my first bubbling problem in March of 2016. They sent me instructions and replacement material for the areas affected.
Then in November of 2016, several different areas on my roof started to bubble/blister. I emailed the company and sent photos. I have not received any response this time! Further investigations show the website is gone and phone numbers disconnected! Looks like they have gone out of business and left us with a failed product.:(
I'm currently searching the web for a replacement product, looking at www.epdmcoatings.com.
