I doubt there are any overpasses on I-5 low enough to get a dish like that. But when he gets off the freeway a tree could get it. When I had a crank up dish on my previous motorhome I kept a big rubber band tie thingee on the satellite crank. As soon as I put the dish up I'd put the tie on the steering wheel. I keep one on the antenna too. I know that without doing that I'd have left them up probably a dozen times by now because I was always sitting down in the drivers seat ready to pull out only to see the rubber band and know to go put the dish or antenna down.
