Remove hitch
Hammer frame rail back to straight position
Weld 3x3"x 1/4" angle iron (Length of your extended frame) to the existing rail
Drill new holes in angle iron for hitch bolts
Replace hitch
Do it yourself if you are able, or any good welder can do the job.
