We also have the "Weather Pro" system for our awning too. Now, nor sure about yours but, ours has three switches, just inside the door, besides the big bank of switches already there from the factory. The first switch is for Power. Incidentally, they're all Three Position Toggle switches. As stated the first one is for Power. Now, it can be in Straight power with no wind control, or Power with wind control or, Off.
The second switch is for severity of wind selection. High, medium or low wind for the sensor. The third switch is for extending or retracting the awning. Now, just curious here, do you have the same setup in switches? If so, what's your Wind severity switch set at?
