Power Gear Levellers in Error Mode, Can't Reset

Okay, I found more troubleshooting pages and by holding down all four Byron's(front/rear/left/right), I was able to get it reset. Then I ran 12v to motor on left front Jack and got it retracted. So does this mean I need to replace Jack controller?
