Power Gear Levellers in Error Mode, Can't Reset

I have had real good luck with the PG website & manuals, plus doing a little troubleshooting & then emailing PG. The technician "Bill" has been more than helpful giving advice based on his knowledge. Probably saved me $500-$1000 this last time as he gave me different advice then what the manual troubleshooting said to do.
