A laser printer would be TERRIBLE behind the TV, because they genrate a lot of heat when in use. Not good. Inkjets dry out if not used for several months, requiring costly print head replacement. If you are using it regularly each month, an inkjet should be fine for you. I dont use the coach for months at a time so I use an HP inkjet because HP ink cartridges each come with a new print head, so if I get a clogged print head, a new ink cartridge will make the printer like new again.
