I assume from your other posts you have a 1998 coach, so I'd suspect one or more of your relays are wearing out. I've replaced all of mine several years ago on a 20 year old coach. I hope yours are as easy to find and replace. They do things like making your jacks inoperative when the emergency brake is not on or the transmission isn't in natural, or allow the windshield wipers to work when the engine is running.
Since they are cheap and easy to replace (normally), I'd suggest replacing the main relays that look like small beer cans with copper posts sticking out. The other smaller relays are probably in or near your main electrical bay.
