Prompt RV Sunscreen

Question

I like the idea of these sunscreens that seem to be easy to install both front and sides. The price seems moderate compared to others as well. I have called twice during business hours and no left number but no call back. Is that just the way they operate or should it alert me to bigger problem?

The screen I bought from them several years ago is still serving me well. It's easy to put on and put away (no ladder needed). I haven't had any contact with them since that purchase, but they were a well operating outfit selling a good product back then.

I had a Prompt sunscreen on our previous coach and it worked great. In fact, I liked it better than the much more expensive Magnashade a have on our current coach.  I live about 40 miles from them, so I just called placed my order and went to pick it up a few days later.  That was over 10 yrs ago.

Great product.  Stick with them even if they might be hard to get a hold of.

I agree that the Prompt is a good product at a reasonable price.   Keep trying to call or email them
