Why not just ask the folks who manage the park...front office.
I agree. The management should know who will deliver to an RV.
I have found that it is very rare for a distributor to send a truck to deliver propane to an RV. I have been told that "insurance rules" forbid it; that it just isn't worth the small amount of propane delivered; and that it is simply company policy.
Whatever the reason, it is rare.
My brother in law used to deliver propane. One problem is the propane delivery truck pump is rated to move 500 gallons in 15 minutes - so much more fuel per minute than a RV can accept. If the pump was smaller, refilling a 1,000 gallon tank would take to long. His truck would carry a maximum of 2,000 gallons of propane. So typically he would be topping off about 8 - 12 homes, then go back to the office and refill the truck. Many homes have a 250 - 500 gallon tank, and have monthly delivery schedule, or call when needed, depending on the customer's needs. So a 100 - 200 gallon drop was the normal thing.
Yes some delivery trucks can pump into a RV, but normally it requires slowing down the pump considerably. And sending out someone for $45 a hour (truck and driver costs) is not really reasonable to refill 1 RV. Now if they have 20+ in a single RV park, it might be worthwhile.
Also many times if a propane company is delivering to a RV park, they will have long term contract with a customer (sometimes as short as 1 month) to rent a 100# propane tank and fill it with up to 22 gallons every time they make a delivery. Adapters and a 10' long hose are provided to supply propane to the RV's normal regulator.
