While I was aware of this requirement for portable tanks, I have never heard of this for permanently attached tanks. Has anyone else heard of this? The guy was stating that about 6 months ago, Flying J was cracking down on LP regulations. My instincts think the guy was confused, especially stating it was unique to IL.
Yippee state found a new source of tax. Amazing what these tax revenue guys can think up. :B
