I think you are wrong. But the insurance companies are making a mint off of it. That is why it is getting so hard for find propane distributor tanks at small mom & pop outfits. Insurance companies are forcing them out of the propane business with high coverage rates. I know several who have gotten rid of the tanks and are not longer in the propane business. Say the insurance has gone out of sight for them.
