There are lots of regulations relative to refilling the propane bottles and tanks in the motorhome/trailers. Those same regulations don't apply to permanent or semipermanent installations. Pretty sure the OP said that there was no propane service available to the park and not that the park did not have propane. We shall see.
I took it to mean on site fill of your on board tank, as many RV parks have this service, for a price.
