100 gallons of propane should give you about 50 years of running refrigerator on it.
When propane is pretty efficient way to run refrigerator, it is pretty danger way.
Even I usually remember things, it did happen that I forgot to turn the pilot off while fueling.
Also lot of incidents that start with flat tire end with total loss, when slapping rubber breaks copper propane tubing on top of wheel well, the refrigerator pilot ignites it and all you can do is run.
I prefer to use 12v for refrigerator while on the road and even if the fridge is not wired for 12v element, not a big deal to hook it up on inverter.
If you have 2 coach batteries, they will power refrigerator overnight with power to spare.
