Nope. It seems that, from other violations in the past, it depends on how well you are liked as to whether they enforce the rules on you - my opinion only. There is one neighbor that seems to be the focus of their ire - there is always something going on with him.
Funny story - I got one of those remote control drone things last winter. I was out flying it around and a couple of the neighbors came over to check it out. Joking around, one asked "you aren't going to turn me in for my HOA violations, are you?" to which I replied, I won't turn you in, if you don't turn me in. I can only assume he has some things going on in his back yard ;)
