Suggest the need to rewrite and renegotiate the rules to take into account that times have changed so rules should change. RVs are not trailers, they dont convert neighborhoods into trailer parks either. It is more likely that big families and seniors are going to own RVs and use them for vacationing now than when the homes were built.
Negotiate limits on what can be parked, RVs, boats, extra cars, etc.
Negotiate limits on where they can be parked.
Negotiate limits on how long they can be parked in different places if not all the time.
Negotiate limits on size.
Negotiate limits on even condition, cleanliness, color, etc.
Nothing should be cast in stone.
