Technically, you are not allowed to park your car outside overnite either. All the houses are required to have a garage and cars & trucks go inside them. No commercial vehicle of any kind overnight.
So I suppose I'm a person of extremely poor character because I leave my Honda outside most nights. :(
Many of the houses have secondary garages. You are permitted to build one on the back side of your property, provided it comports with the architectural standards (has to look like your house). I've thought about doing that so I could park my boat and RV on premises. It's just an expensive ($50-60k) and time consuming proposition. That's my extreme fall-back position. It would be convenient though.
