I would argue no overnight RV parking meant no using an RV overnight to sleep in or live in. Your 5th wheeler friend then would have been in violation if they did that but not if they locked it up and used your house as a guest. Of course your use to load it for a trip and having it parked there overnight is not onerous on the neighborhood at all in my opinion. That's a reasonable use and expectation. Permanent parking of an RV when not in use. That probably is over the line with the intent of the rules.
Sun City, AZ has a three day rule for RV guests. That seems reasonable. I am sure either the host or guest might be in favor of that rule. ;)
