I made many trips thru your part of the country, sure liked it down there.
Fact is, we are quite fond of hubcaps 'round here...in times not too far past, our roadsides were gold mines for finding wheel covers shaken loose from lousey pavements. Proud to say the situation is much improved in recent years.

Yes I know, having taken many oversize loads from the west coast to Florida and have lost a few fillings on that road, it is a lot better now.
I always enjoyed getting to Baton Rouge. We would transition from I 10 to I 12 and meet up with our Cajun escort, Duck, Honest that was his given name, He showed me his License so we could make out all of the paper work.
