Can't help you with the specs of it all but I found an answer to the third world country customer service.
You just keep repeating "POLITELY" that you can not understand what they are saying. They talk, you say you don't understand. They will give you to their supervisor which by the way is in the same darn country and you start the process all over again, they talk, you say you do not understand. They will connect you back to America.
Spanish people are afforded by law spanish speaking customer service by the ACLU.Many don't know but so are English speaking customers. If you politely tell them you can not understand them they WILL put you thru back to the states.
Or in some cases if you hit the spanish speaking button it automatically connects you to the states usually Texas. I've had luck with that. And there there is no problem because the reps are all bi-lingual and you CAN understand them.
