If you had gotten the president of Comcast right here in the good ole USofA, the odds are great he couldn't answer your question. Your question really has nothing to do with comcast or their services. It is a question about how your rig's television operates and that is a question best answered by your owner's manuals, be it the manual for the television, or the one for the rig. Really unfair to imply the only thing stopping you from getting your answer is the Comcast call center employees.
