For pete sake. Go out and unhook from the house cable setup. Now turn on the TV and see if the DVD works.
And why do you all have to make such racists statements. I can't understand plenty of people in the US, regional accents can be hard to understand at times. And why would anyone think that someone at Comcast would know how to advise one to set up their RV? Is it so hard to learn how your rig is wired and works?
