Everybody has given you a lot of good advice. If the price is right the Zephyr is one incredible coach. It is Tiffin's top of the line. If you do decide on it as already stated all rubber parts need to be replaced. I recommend Michelin tires through the FMCA program as it is the best price on that tire. Also all liquids need to be replaced. The refrig might be a real question since it sat for so long. Get a replacement price on it as you might need to figure that into what you need to spend. Don't forget the batteries as they are out of date and you probably have eight of them. Before you buy it as nice as it is be sure to add all that needs to be done to it for a total price. You might find that you can find a newer one for around the same total price. Good luck with your decision.
