As you have read those tires need to be replaced. This comes from the voice of experience, bad experience. I'd say pretty much any name brand tire will do the trick. Personally, I have used only American made tires but, they are getting hard to find these days. I would avoid Chinese made tires but, that's just me. My Chinese tire exploded like a pound of C4 in the wheel well.
